The "Tisens Highlands" are located just between the city of Bozen and the city of Meran and yet far away from the traffic, thus offering you relaxing and calm holidays. In pre-historic times, the highlands of Tisens and Prissian had settlers in St. Hippolyt whose lives are reflected in numerous historical findings. Tisens and Prissian were already mentioned during the Roman and Langobard times. Even at those times our region because of its excellent climate and beautiful landscape, was a preferred region to settle. Therefore, the things which were once enjoyed by the aristocracy, are nowadays experienced by our guests.
